Hello my name is Kathi and I am a Health and Wellness Practitioner specializing in Nutritional Therapy, Functional & Corrective Exercises, Stress Resilience Coaching and Ayurvedic Healthcare / Treatment Therapies  - who has identified a need for better integration of a completely unique approach to personal health, exercise, and stress relief.

About My Path

My  beginnings  in the healthcare industry started when I became a Certified Fitness Trainer and Sports Nutritionist in 2003. Working with people to improve their health fascinated me.  When it seemed that my clients needed  a little something more that is when I entered into natural medicine. Now I understand that one can experience the mind, body & emotions  in a completely unique way to create balance, peace and vitality in all aspects of one’s life so that getting  healthy is a logical outcome.

Food and Health 

Becoming a Functional Fitness and Holistic Healthcare Expert by 2012, I enjoy delving into the ancient world of Ayurveda and combining it with modern science when applying it to diet, exercise, inner balance and peace.

Bodywork Treatments

Massage Therapy is one of the oldest healthcare practices known to history and has been advocated in Western healthcare practices since the time of Hippocrates, the "Father of Medicine.”

Emotional Resilience

With physical strength, one must also have mental and emotional strength. We have the science now to prove we have in our control tools of breathing techniques to calm our nervous system. I practice these daily to stay balanced and calm and to flow with life. When one remains calm, they are better able to handle what life has to offer, and the stressors in our world do not have to take us down.

I come from a family of healthcare givers, and as a Holistic Healthcare Coach, my own practice offers holistic functional medicine with positive side effects. Before offering my guidance to help a client achieve their health and wellness goals, I take the whole person into consideration and then create a custom plan.
